At this time, we do not support shipping outside the U.S.

Our business is operated from Vietnam.
All neon signs are custom-produced in our manufacturing facility in China and shipped directly to customers in the United States.

Because every product is custom-made:
- Standard processing time: 3–5 business days
- This includes design confirmation and production.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

All of our neon signs are made-to-order and customized according to your selected design, color, and size.
Because each item is produced specifically for you:

2. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care with packaging and shipping. If your neon sign arrives damaged or defective, we will assist you promptly.
Steps to report damaged or defective items:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or videos showing:
- The damage or defect
- External packaging

After review, we will provide either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund

3. Incorrect Products

Because our products are fully custom-made:
- We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preferences after an order has been placed.

5. Refunds
If your order qualifies for a refund (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), the following applies:

6. Order Cancellations
- Before Production: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- After Production Begins: Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

7. How to Return a Product
