• Each neon sign is custom-made by our skilled production team in China to ensure top quality and attention to detail.
• During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
• Need your order sooner? Please contact our team — we’ll do our best to assist with rush requests when possible.

Shipping Origin & Coverage

• Our store is based in Vietnam, and all products are shipped directly from our production facility in China.
• We currently ship to customers across the United States.

Shipping Time

• Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after processing.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier schedules.
• We work with trusted international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Free Shipping

• We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States — no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional reshipping fee.

Return & Refund Policy

At ShineGlowNeon, all of our LED neon signs are custom-made to order. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

• Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 100% refund.
• After 24 hours, production may begin and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Because our products are custom-made, we only accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

• Item arrived damaged or broken
• We sent the wrong item
• We sent the wrong size

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Design preference
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
• Lost packages (see Shipping Issues section below)

Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 07 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Requests submitted after 07 days will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Must be returned in original packaging
• You must provide:
  • Order number
  • Clear photo or video proof showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Returns without proper documentation cannot be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

If approved for an exchange:

• Replacement will be for the same item only
• Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

• You will receive store credit once the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift:

• The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Returns must include your order confirmation or receipt.

Shipping Issues / Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we are not responsible and do not offer refunds in this case.

A: With proper installation and usage, our neon signs can last for 3 years or more. We use high-quality LED components that ensure longevity and durability.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: If your neon sign arrives damaged, please take photos or a video of the damage and the packaging, and email it to us at support@shineglowneon.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with either a replacement or a refund.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on your products?
A: Yes, all our neon signs come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects or malfunctioning that is not caused by misuse or accidents.

About Design Service

Q: Will I see a proof of the design before it is made?
A: Yes, after placing your order, we will send you a digital proof of your design via email for your approval. Please review and approve the design within 24 hours so we can proceed with production.

Q: Can I request a custom font for my neon sign?
A: Absolutely! We offer a variety of fonts (cursive, block, etc.), and you are welcome to send us your preferred font if it is not listed. Our design team will customize it to your specifications.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We begin processing orders within 24 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@shineglowneon.com as soon as possible. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Q: Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
A: Since our neon signs are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind.” We only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: After your design is approved, the production time is about 3-5 business days. The estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Q: Does the neon sign consume a lot of electricity?
A: No, our neon signs use LED technology, which is energy-efficient and consumes very little electricity, making them perfect for long-term use.
