By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 100% refund.
After 24 hours, production may begin and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Because our products are custom-made, we only accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

Item arrived damaged or broken
We sent the wrong item
We sent the wrong size

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Design preference
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Normal wear and tear
Lost packages (see Shipping Issues section below)

Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 07 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Requests submitted after 07 days will not be accepted.
