As such, we do not accept returns for products that you have ordered unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your neon sign arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help.

Contact us within 7 days: If your product is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@shineglowneon.com. Include:
