Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not support shipping outside the U.S.

Shipping Origin

Our business is operated from Vietnam.

All neon signs are custom-produced in our manufacturing facility in China and shipped directly to customers in the United States.

Because every product is custom-made:

• Standard processing time: 3–5 business days
• This includes design confirmation and production.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

If you require a rush order, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.

After processing is complete:

All of our neon signs are made-to-order and customized according to your selected design, color, and size.

Because each item is produced specifically for you:

• We do not accept returns for custom orders unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care with packaging and shipping. If your neon sign arrives damaged or defective, we will assist you promptly.

Steps to report damaged or defective items:

1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shineglowneon.com.
3. Include:
   • Your order number
   • Clear photos and/or videos showing:
     • The damage or defect
     • External packaging
     • Product condition

After review, we will provide either:

• A replacement, or
• A full refund

Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by ShineGlowNeon.

3. Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong item (incorrect size, color, or design), we will correct the issue.

• Send a replacement, or

4. Returns Due to Change of Mind

Because our products are fully custom-made:

• We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preferences after an order has been placed.

5. Refunds

If your order qualifies for a refund (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), the following applies:

• Refund Method: Original payment method used at checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
• Processing Time: 5–7 business days after approval and receipt (if applicable)
• Partial Refunds: May apply if only part of the order is returned

6. Order Cancellations

• Before Production: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After Production Begins: Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

7. How to Return a Product

For eligible returns:

2. We will provide return instructions and any required shipping labels.

However, if you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ShineGlowNeon is not responsible for loss or theft.

About Design Service

Q: Will I see a proof of the design before it is made?
A: Yes, after placing your order, we will send you a digital proof of your design via email for your approval. Please review and approve the design within 24 hours so we can proceed with production.

Q: Can I request a custom font for my neon sign?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: After your design is approved, the production time is about 3-5 business days. The estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
